Are your products Made in Canada?

All items are Made in Canada by me personally in my home office with globally sourced materials

 

Do you do Embroidery?

I do not offer embroidery however I offer a variety of other methods to apply your design/logo to all surfaces.  Check out my Instagram to see a portfolio of items I've made in a variety of methods.

 

What is "Processing Time"?

Processing Time is the time it takes to prepare your order before shipping.

All orders are processed within 1–10 business days. As a small business mom, I carefully pack each order with attention to detail to ensure it meets my quality standards. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays, and I kindly ask for your understanding in allowing extra time during periods when I may take time off for family needs.

You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll reach out to you directly to keep you informed.

Do you offer Bulk Order Discounts?

Do you have a minimum order/maximum order requirement?

No. I can handle all sizes of orders from 1 item to 250+ items. Processing time may vary depending on order size

 

Can you show me/create the design for me before I order/pay?

Due to the time it takes to create a design, orders are not started (including design creation) until payment is received. 

 

How long do I have to pick up my order/arrange shipping?

You will have 30 days from the time your order is complete to arrange pick up and/or shipping.

If your order is not picked up and/or alternate arrangements are not made within 30 days, your order will be considered abandoned.  Refunds/Credits are not provided on abandoned orders.

 

How long do I have to provide my own file and/or design for my order?

You will have 7 days from the time of order (unless alternate arrangements have been made) to provide the useable file to complete your order. Files should be emailed in an SVG format and/or a PNG format with a transparent background.

If your file is not received or alternate arrangements have not been made, your order will be considered Abandoned.  Refunds/Credits are not provided on abandoned orders.

 

What happens with an Abandoned Order?

Abandoned orders do not qualify for refunds and/or store credit and will be resold or donated to reduce waste.

 

What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery*

Refunds will not be processed until item has been returned in New/Unused/Unwashed Condition.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, if originally payment method is no longer valid; a store credit will be issued in lieu (no exceptions).

 

*Some exceptions may apply, for example but not limited too;

  • Returns ARE NOT accepted on Custom Orders
  • 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns
  • Returns/Refunds are not accepted on orders refused due to/but not limited to Customs Import Fees/Duties/Tariffs
  • Original Shipping Fees/Postage will not be refunded
  • Return Shipping Fees/Postage will not be refunded

 

Please fill out the "Request for Return" form prior to returning any items. You will receive a Return Notice Form via email to include in your return package once your return has been approved.
